Fall Party & Pig Roast
An Autumnal Feast and Festivities with Friends
Swimming may be over for this year, but there is still another chance to get together with your Holmes Run Pool friends at this festive gathering celebrating the Autumn season.
Chefs Jim Wright, Mark Sites, and their trusty pit crew will lovingly smoke and slow roast a whole pig on site overnight. Savor the succulent barbecue with homemade vegetarian sides including chili, mac and cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw.
Children are invited to decorate a mini-pumpkin that they can take home with them and all are encouraged to participate in or spectate at a three-legged race!
So come, enjoy some excellent barbecue, catch the three-legged race, indulge in dessert, or just take in the vibe of the evening, all in the good company of friends and neighbors at this favorite annual event.

4:30–5:30 pm Doors Open
Attendees should please be on time so that our volunteer Ticket Managers can also enjoy the party! If you must be late, please use the Contact Us form (Attn: Activities, Subject: Fall Party) to let us know.
5:00–7:00 pm Pumpkin Crafts
Children are invited to decorate a mini-pumpkin that they can take home with them.
6:00–8:00 pm Dinner

Savor the succulent barbecue with vegetarian sides including chili, mac and cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw all homemade by Seena Polivy and Laura Champe Mitchell. Apple cider and iced water will be available but feel welcome to BYO any other favorite beverages.
7:00–8:00 pm Three-legged Race
All are encouraged to find a partner and participate in a three-legged race! If you are interested in participating, please be sure to sign-up at the Check-in table when you arrive. It is best if you find a partner to race with before signing up. However, you are welcome to sign-up as a single and we will pair you up with a race partner. Only 20 participants may enter.
8:00–9:00 pm Dessert
Finish the evening with a sweet indulgence.
8:30–9:00 pm Closing Time
You don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here! Before you go, be sure to grab some leftovers to take with you.
